Salon Ayurveda – Giving Back Through Beauty

At Salon Ayurveda, we believe in the power of beauty to transform lives. Through our NGO program in Solan, we provide free training, employment support, and wellness education to underprivileged women and youth—helping them find confidence, independence, and a better future.

What We Do :-

  • We provide free, professional training in beauty therapy, hair styling, makeup, and salon management.   • Through on-ground grooming workshops, we reach out to women and girls in rural areas, teaching basic self-care, skincare routines, hair care, and personal hygiene, helping them feel confident and cared for.
  • We offer job placements for our trained students—either at our own salon or through collaborations with partner salons, spas, and beauty centers. We also help them start their own home-based services or micro-salons.
  • We regularly conduct awareness campaigns on topics like menstrual hygiene, skincare, sanitation, and mental wellness—ensuring our community thrives in both health and happiness.
  • Beyond technical skills, we train our students in communication, professionalism, time management, and how to confidently interact with clients, preparing them for real-world salon work.
  • Every participant receives a course completion certificate and guidance in building a portfolio to showcase their work—helping them attract clients or job offers more easily.

 

  • We partner with local NGOs, schools, and women’s groups to reach more people and deliver inclusive, impactful training and support across Solan and nearby regions.
